AlumiSonic’s all new 1100-Custom Aluminum Guitar is the creation of several years of research and development into the ultimate combination of material types and thicknesses, to produce the perfect equalization of aluminum clarity with profound, controllable, semi-hollow arch-top resonance and sustain.

The guitar’s arch-top is cold-formed and hardened from 99% pure 1100 aluminum, for the most obtainable warmth, with the lowest decibel aluminum resonance physically possible.

Dimensionally perfected to classic carve-top proportions, the arch-top is fused to durable-.09”-inch thick 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum back and sides, for incredible decibel tone balance with the added advantage of phenomenal strength and impact resistance.

For even more percussive crunch and resonance control, both pickup positions are internally backed with nitrocellulose lacquered Honduran mahogany chambers. These innovative chambers are designed for high overdrive hard-rock guitarists, and provide brilliant feedback control, with its warm hybrid-blend of aluminum resonance through Mahogany wood.

By simply removing the 4 screws of each pickup ring during a string change, the center portions of these chambers can be removed. (Removal of these Mahogany chamber “plugs” allows the arch-top to attain its fullest potential: for a deep, infinite sustain under overdriven conditions, and a rich array of crystal-clear low and high tones that no other guitar can naturally achieve.) AlumiSonic’s Alnico ‘V’ humbuckers are slightly over-wound and balanced specifically for classic to hard rock for chambered guitars. Classic-59 type windings are available and recommended for non-chambered bodies for Blues, Jazz, Fusion and Classic rock type players.

AlumiSonic’s extremely versatile 1100-Custom Guitar can be customized with optional pickups wired with detachable micro plugs. What‘s more, AlumiSonic also provides all commercially available pickups, with a micro plug pre-installed for easy pickup swaps.

Custom Warmoth necks are offered exclusively for the 1100-Custom, and are designed to maintain the perfect feel, balance and temperature of a conventional, set neck carved-top guitar.

Through extensive testing AlumiSonic determined that mahogany is the absolute necessary hybrid ingredient for balance of flavoring, and transference of sound from a quality tone wood neck, to a pure aluminum body. The neck is internally attached with their patented “AlumiSonic Set Neck Mounting System” which results in a smooth back with no external neck mounting hardware.

This original and innovative mounting method allows for superior tone transfer from neck to body than regular neck mounting methods. In addition to providing a stronger bond than ordinary bolt- on necks, the Set Neck is easily disposable in case of damage. 1100-Custom neck pockets are angled back at a conventional 5 degrees for perfect “Tun-O-Matic” bridge alignment and action, or for the Stetsbar Pro II Tremolo.
