Small claims suit on The People's Court. Buyer gets sued for not paying.
This is a good lesson for both the buyer and seller.  Seller needs to be specific on the items they are selling and buyer should understand that a bid is a binding contract.

but yes dont bid on something unless you really plan on paying for it... or wanting it.... don't bid on impulse...
