Not always. Each amp has a unique tone and many regard mesa boogies’ as excellent. However, many great amps exist.

Peronally I dont think they are the best amps out there.
No amps are best per se. Its all about opinion and getting the tone you want.
Try a few amps out and which amp’s tone you like best, and use that. Since you are the only one who can decide what tone is best for you
